About Framtiden Byggutveckling AB
The municipal purpose is to actively contribute to the creation of new housing and to design housing in a way that contributes to an attractive housing market in Gothenburg. The purpose is also to gather expertise within the Framtiden Group related to housing production and development, and to strengthen the parent company's ability to manage and control housing construction within the group. The principle of cost recovery does not apply to the company's activities related to the management of municipal property, such as the leasing and transfer of real and movable property. The company shall obtain the City of Gothenburg's council's position before making decisions in the company that are of a fundamental nature or otherwise of greater importance.
