About Karlstads Energi Aktiebolag

The company may hold shares in companies engaged in electricity grid and municipal network operations within the municipality of Karlstad, and in companies engaged in municipal and regional cooperation regarding open fiber networks for electronic communication. The company may conduct charging infrastructure operations. The company may hold shares in companies that construct, own, and/or operate facilities for the electric charging of vehicles. The company is obligated to carry out the tasks assigned to it by its owner or the municipality of Karlstad. The activities carried out pursuant to such assignments shall be carried out for the benefit of the assignor/in the assignor's place and may, if appropriate, be carried out without geographical restrictions as described in the first paragraph, provided that the assignor had the opportunity to carry out the activities without such restrictions.
